Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of matcha
  • 2 tbsp cane sugars
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (or if you have to lemon juice)
  • 1 bottle chilled white-colored champagne

Steps

  1. In a food blender or food processor, work the mint and sugars, adding the matcha plus lime juice (or if you have to lemon juice) and blend once again.
  2. Spoon mixture into the beautiful pitcher.
  3. Slowly put chilled champagne over the particular matcha mint blend.
  4. Mix lightly to mix nicely.
  5. Serve in champagne eyeglasses.
