Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin (you can experiment with flavors)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup

Steps

  1. Mix Matcha and 4 tablespoons of warm water, dissolve, place individually.
  2. Combine milk. Let stand 1 minute.
  3. Cook gelatin mixture over low heat for 5 minutes or until the gelatin dissolves.
  4. Allow the mixture cool.
  5. Stir in corn syrup, and the matcha mix, yogurt.
  6. Pour into a bowl cover and chill for 2 hours.
  7. Function as yogurt once chilled, or you’ll be able to process through an ice cream manufacturer to get yogurt.
